Message: Extortionists who don't know what they're doing. They charged us $700 to repair (NOT replace!) part of a radiator hose that I had to tell them how to repair. They took advantage of our situation. Avoid this company and call someone else. They were sent to us by Good Sam Roadside Assistance which made matters worse. I pay for that service and felt they should send some reputable, knowledgeable, fair, and ethical. Boy was I wrong!
